    It is very confusing to see all of my old intake forms in the list when inviting someone to the portal in the intake process and when sending them an additional form. Please make it so that I can archive forms that I don't want to see as options. Thank you!

    I have said this before elsewhere, but please allow us to send an initial client questionnaire (an intake document that has clinical information in it) directly to clinical documents instead of to general documents with the administrative forms. This is a serious confidentiality issue. I believe it is a legal liability for providers and for TN itself. I know there have been comments about this since at least 2020 and no apparent action by TN.

    I can't believe this concern has not been addressed since it was brought to TN's attention as far back as 2020. Also, if I could create the initial client portal account myself, then I could go ahead and send clinical intake forms/questionnaires to a client before the first session. Please, please address this TN!

    In my practice I have an initial phone consult with a client during which we usually schedule a first appointment (why would I wait until they make a portal account to schedule an appointment?).

    I then send the client portal invitation email with intake forms. I have decided that I do not want my client questionnaire (in which the client describes their history and symptoms in detail--which saves a lot of time in the first session and helps me with documentation) to be saved in the general documents, since billing staff have access to general documents (that's where I put a copy of the front and back of their insurance card). I want to limit the exposure of my clients' sensitive clinical information, just like with progress notes.

    I would like to be able to set up the client's portal account myself (perhaps after that the client could sign in with and OTP process instead of a password--perhaps more secure anyway). That way I can send them the clinical intake questionnaire right away.

    Or it would help if I can send the questionnaire with the other intake documents but specify that it goes to clinical documents to be saved there.

    Either way would work and would make my clients' sensitive information more secure.

    I would like to choose that intake forms go to clinical/case documents rather than general documents--for privacy reasons.

    Mentalyc also offers this, and I think they might have started it first: https://www.mentalyc.com/

    I currently use it and I would be thrilled if it were integrated into TheraNest. I wouldn't want to switch from Mentalyc, but I would like it to be integrated into TheraNest.

    I want to be able to set no specific location for seeing any particular client. Right now you have to specify either office, telehealth, or in vivo. Many clients do a mix. It is confusing for "office" to pop up on the schedule for a client's telehealth appointment, for example. I would like to have to specify for each individual appointment on the calendar--not a default for a client.

    The mobile version (current one) is not as good as the former mobile app that is no longer supported. In the former app, I could easily view and scan my whole week. The current app is only readable one day at a time (Trying to view my week is not workable--it is too cramped and not readable). Seeing my whole week was very helpful. I still use the old app for looking at my calendar. However, I can't make appointments telehealth from there (it does not generate a link for the client). So I have to.go back and forth between them while on my phone (which I am a good deal of the time). I could also sign in with my fingerprint with the old app, which saved a lot of time and hassle, especially since my password manager doesn't always like the new mobile site.Thank you for looking at this.

    (Also, this uservoice sign in did not accept my password that I copied and pasted--had to sign in with google).

    It would be nice to look at a client's ledger and see whether each credit card payment was initiated by me or by the client through the client portal. Thank you!

    It would be nice if I (as the administrator) had the choice to not display or print sections of the initial assessment that I leave blank. For example, if I don't use the 'is the client appropriate for services," cultural variables or educational/vocational section, I could choose not to have that display or print on my finished assessment. It looks bad to me when there is a title for a section/item and it is empty. I would like to choose ALL of the sections that I want to include/exclude in any individual initial assessment and not be forced to by TheraNest. Thank you!

    I would like to be able to write a brief note to myself that appears on the agenda for a particular day, for a particular client (on the agenda with their appointment). Something that shows up and gets my attention would be most helpful. It would be nice to have something like that which is noticeable.
