    I agree with comments. I would like a separate record / report that can be pulled to track the status of calls received / call made to potentials. I refer to them as callers as they more or not have any clinical relevance. For instance, I get a call from a random caller requesting services. i would love to be able to document what the inquiry was, what the information provided was and what if any next steps will take place. I would prefer to keep non-clients non-clients but for ethical purposes track for our group who is contacting us and for what reason. If they become a client, then viola, they get entered as a client and we create a therapist/client relationship. Without this documentation on our end, a lot of ambiguity can exist. Please create a generic admin form / spreadsheet that we can track this. Then, if necessary it can be attached to a client and we have documentation at which point we are responsible for their care.

    Doing risk management and mitigation planning this is indeed on top of our list to make certain we are meeting the Security Rule. This will likely become a deal breaker and require us to migrate to another system in the future. Hate to do that with all the training invested.

    Hi again. Just noticing the original comment started on July 14, 2017. This is almost 2 years (11 months at time of this) and still not addressed? Unacceptable. Seriously considering switching systems if not changed in 'near' future. This is something that can be implemented in a few months of back-end work.

    I wholeheartedly endorse this as an option. Prior to my new position with this group, I had been using another charting system that required creation of 2 passwords (primary & secondary) and then required both passwords and a captcha for initial sign-on with any unrecognized devices. Forgot passwords? That was a chore to authenticate recovery, but definitely left me sensing that security and privacy was this firm's utmost priority.

    Please insert the function for custom forms to auto-save. I am more accustomed to the progress notes autosaving, and expect this in custom form creation. There are countless encounters where I am creating a form and an employee walks in and asks a questions which require navigating out of the custom form that I am in the middle of creating and when going back, it is gone. POOF. All that hard work. Yes, I can attempt to train to hit the save button, but the majority of programs, WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK will retain the information for us.

    Currently 'custom forms' allows you to have an "options list" as well as a check box; BUT it does NOT allow you to have the SAME / IDENTICAL verbiage for a check box. It would be great to see the following:
    EXAMPLE:

    FEELING HAPPY. Select the number to show what percentage of the time this happens to you. (0% Never, 100% Always)

    ☐ 0% ☐ 10 ☐ 20 ☐ 30 ☐ 40 ☐ 50 ☐ 60 ☐ 70 ☐ 80 ☐ 90 ☐100%
