It would really be nice if Theranest processes matched actual law in Ohio.

We are in desparate need of the ability to add multiple modfiers to CPT codes. As a Medicaid provider in OH we must use separate modifiers for each of the 7 licenses within our practice as well as GT and Telehealth codes. The system now rewuires us to create over 100 CPT codes in thesytem to accomodate those requirements. PLEASE give us the ability to add modifers separatelt from the base CPT code.

we track all claims separately from Theranest. Auto processing has created a mess for us, but it would be useful if there was some simple way of tracking what we have and hove not processed. e.g color coding, adding an auto processed category that can then be moved on to fully processed, etc. There is a claim memo, but it is to time consuming and not easily see on the screen.

Ohio law now requires that all notes written by dependent licensees are reviewed by the supervisor. This is different than approving notes or co-signing notes. There is no easy way in theranest to track what session notes have been reviewed or to notify the supervisor when a note has been signed and in need of review.
