Schedule client services that you can disable reminders for.-- When we have case managemnent meetings, or there are mentor touchpoints that need to be billed and documented, we want to put them in the client's account, but NOT have reminders sent to the client.

Yes, I have parent and guardian appointments that are billable. I do not want a reminder going out to the client about this appointment as it causes confusion. I do not want a reminder going to a client when the appointment is booked under their case, but is not with the client.

I agree with Emma Smith--I enter to bill travel time for a contracted service and the client gets very confused on their appointment time. I would like to be able to check a box saying 'don't send reminder to client"

I'd like to be able to make calendar appointments with the option to NOT send an appointment reminder to the client.

for example, I'd like to make an appointment for a phone session with a family member, doctor, social worker of the client ( billable as case management and needs documentation), however, when the client gets the appointment reminder for this it is confusing to them.
