    It would be great if we could have the Diagnostic Codes for the client in a check-box form instead of automatically generated so we can select different primary/secondary/treated conditions on each progress note we submit.

    Yes!!! We absolutely need this! Another thing that would help or be very helpful is to have the diagnosis as an option for the daily billings sheets. That would be wonderful!
