    We only have a few clinicians who need group telehealth, so we won't change over the entire practice. That means these few clinicians are spending money with your competitors to get the telehealth service they need. If you allow us to select individual or group telehealth by clinician, you'll make more money in the long run.

    This is an important feature for client safety and possibly therapist liability, to let clients know when they are away from the office and not responding to messages, and who to contact instead. The overall practice (e.g. administrator) should be able to set messages for the practice (e.g. a standing auto reply or the entire office is closed) AND individual therapists should be able to set their own out of office (which admins can override). This is also important when a therapist leaves a practice, for an auto reply to be sent to their clients who might message before the case is reassigned or archived.

    If a clinician clicks Add Progress Note from the Missing Notes Report, auto return to the report or at the very least, include a back to report button so the clinician doesn't have to keep running the report. Right now the workflow is cumbersome: Run report, Add Progress Note, Run report, Add Progress Note, etc.

    Yes, the no service type events too - for example, I'm trying to find the names and dates of trainings I attended and have no way to search for them.

    Alert is there if the name is exact, but we recently had a duplicate client recreated where the name was input slightly differently, but it could have been caught by email address or phone number if that functionality existed.

    Please have the color coding show up in monthly view - my most frequent at a glance view - and in my google calendar, so I can see who has cancelled and open up the slot.

    Particularly for non-client events (admin, personal), I would like to be able to edit the event field (the title that shows up on the calendar) for a series without having to delete the series and create a whole new one. It seems odd that I can't do this already.

    I can still see the archived forms in the forms at the top of my screen for each client, even though I have never used these forms. They are clutter and confusing for new therapists coming into the practice, seeing forms we do not want them to use. Please hide them from view - that's the whole point of archiving.

    All of the above comments! I'm currently NOT using the portal for my intake form and any assessments that I would like a client to complete, because 1) they all save as one file rather than individual files and 2) they all go to general documents rather than clinical documents, which is where they belong. I don't use dynamic forms for these because then they can't be changed or deleted without losing prior data AND I don't want them to show up for every clinician in our practice. If we all used dynamic forms for everything, the forms at the top would take up half of the screen.

    We have therapists who don't have TheraNest organizational administrator privileges. They each have to have their own Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and they also have other unique forms, such as a supplemental informed consent that documents their license status and supervision. Each therapist can also create their own intake form, based on the population they see. They should be able to create and edit their own forms without having access to the organizational forms that everyone needs and without needing to have full administrative privileges. Right now we either have to give them full admin access to TheraNest or assign someone in the practice to create and maintain every therapists' forms (and give that one person admin access). We were doing the former and have now switched to the latter. Both are costly - one in terms of security and the other in terms of time. PLEASE change this.
