    We would like clients to remain confidential from clinician to clinician, but would like clinicians to be able to see the room scheduling.

    I think this was said better in a different request "Divorced parents being able to create & submit two sets of intake paperwork on client portal". They need to be able to sign in separately and complete the paperwork separately. I know there are technical ways to go about this, but CLINICALLY I can't ask them to share an email address/password just for this.
