An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Group notes, as it is, violates HIPAA and is not user-friendly. Because of this, we have to create an individual progress note for each group member, which is much more time consuming than it should be. Group notes should be able to use one general note and NOT show each individual in that group on the note! Lots of votes for this one already, please!

An error occurred while saving the comment when a patient logs in to access apt at the top of the hour or just a min after the hour, they go to "Kept" appointments. They need to scroll all the way back to find today's appointment. This is backwards. They should be able to access most recent apt, it is a big complaint for many patients.

I brought this topic to the group conversation 1 year ago, Theranest said they were working on it...but as of today, I see lots of people still asking for more accurate tracking process in TN. When can we expect this?

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a necessary feature for any practice. Maintaining a more accurate of revenue based on the group as well as by individual clinician provides great information for practice owners. Please add this feature asap!
An error occurred while saving the comment We need to be able to create an Aging Report for each individual clinician. At the present time, TN only provides a broad, organization aging report. It is very important that each clinician know what patients/insurances are outstanding (30, 60, 90, 120+ days), to keep accounts current and accountable, and more importantly to ensure that claims are submitted within the allotted time frames to avoid rejection and non-payment. Please make this a priority!

An error occurred while saving the comment For the purposes of audits, specifically for substance abuse programs, they need to review specific cases within the program. In the absence of a report pulled based on diagnosis, I have no idea how I will do this!
It is a breach of HIPAA to have all group member names appear on the group note. Please adjust to show / hide names accordingly!
