    I'd like to be able to make calendar appointments with the option to NOT send an appointment reminder to the client.

    for example, I'd like to make an appointment for a phone session with a family member, doctor, social worker of the client ( billable as case management and needs documentation), however, when the client gets the appointment reminder for this it is confusing to them.

    I would like the ability to re-order the sidebar on the "Clients" tab. I frequently need to see "My Clients" but rarely look at "All Clients" (which is the default).
