An error occurred while saving the comment Susie Mills commentedCan't ask this enough - it would be a game changer for us in tracking our manually submitted claims.
An error occurred while saving the comment Susie Mills commentedWith our previous EMR, we were able to indicate on an Organizational level that we submitted claims externally; in other words, did not use the EMR's claim processing feature. So when a progress note was signed, the claim was automatically marked Pending External Submission. This gave us the ability to scrub the claim and manually mark it Externally Submitted.
I feel like this would be helpful both for providers who were enrolled with the TheraNest claim processing feature, and those of us who use billing companies or cannot use the feature for other reasons.

An error occurred while saving the comment Susie Mills commentedYes, this would be incredibly helpful. With our previous EMR, we created a template rate schedule and then had the ability to overwrite rates based on payers. This allowed us to use one set of service type codes, but with unique rates for each payer.

Please add a field indicating if a Progress Note is signed for the appointment. We use this report for our payroll, and only pay therapists if the note is signed.
Right now we have to cross check this report with the Progress Note report to determine if any notes are missing.
