    Yes, it would be nice to distinguish, at a glance, upcoming non-client events. This may be just one color across the entire practice for personal events or individual colors for each staff member.

    The automatic email that generates invoices and statements directs clients to log in to the portal when the document is attached to the email and not actually accessible via the client portal -- very confusing!

    I agree with this. I would also ask that the spacing in the header be decreased. Right now many of my statements fall to two pages when it could easily be one page.

    I currently only do telehealth. The option to have clients sign and save their treatment plans from the portal will stream line my process and their experience.
