    just like progress notes, attach the initial eval to the appt it took place on. that way the indicator shows that the documentation was completed.

    I am an all virtual practice. I try to make the most collaborative treatment plans I can. it would be useful if there was a way to send the treatment plan to the client for signature through the portal

    there is only a reminder to review the plan, but not to actually write a review. Also, if you sign it, you can't then make changes to it. If you don't sign it and make changes to it, those changes go back into historical notes and add those changes everywhere.

    when we get the email reminders for treatment plan reviews, it would be useful to have client initials in that email the same way when we get back emails clients completed intake paperwork. would help me keep track better

    It would be great if there was a filter option to hide the cancelled appointments so I can see my openings a little easier.

    you distinguish between group therapy cases and family therapy cases, but then continue to treat family therapy cases the same as group therapy cases. It should be much easier to cancel a family therapy appointment. I have to go into the appointment, then change the status for everyone involved, rather than just being able to change one status like I can with individual appointments.

    the initial section of the treatment plan should autosave when you go to add a goal. I know there is a draft, it's just annoying and I wish it would know that since I'm "adding a goal" I want to keep all that information I just typed.

    when I send documents to clients to sign, from intake paperwork and later on in treatment (although it all says intake paperwork which I have submitted another request that it be called something different once they are already a client), it would be good to have those communications added to the contact log. I adjust the message with instructions on what i want the client to do regarding certain documents and it would be helpful to have that logged in as a communication.

    when the treatment plan is edited and updated, it should not go back and change on past notes. The treatment plan should be able to evolve and change overtime. I don't sign my treatment plans because then they are uneditable. But then when I make changes to them, it goes back and makes those changes to all past documents, showing now transition.

    Also, the goal should have it's own "active" "completed" "deferred" drop down as well.

    I do telehealth and sometimes folks are at different addresses. it would be very useful for me to be able to add additional addresses for parents homes, work addresses, vacation houses, etc. so I don't have to keep asking them for this every time they are in one of these locations.

    Yes, there is technically a way to add parent information to the details page down at the bottom. But for child clients this info should really be more toward the top and a way to identify which email addresses should receive certain things, especially for adolescent clients. I want both to receive reminder emails, but only the parent needs to receive the superbill, etc.
