    Add a Pre-Check-In feature allowing clients to Confirm the appointment 24-48 hours before the appointment AND pay at that time using CC.

    I wish I could vote more than once. YES to client check in, payment, and forms completion in the waiting area through an iPad and inform the Counselor when they are ready. I do this at my regular doctor and would find it very helpful.

    I'd like to send an e-mail to all our clients (blindly) announcing organization news (updates, video counseling, etc) or just to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, etc.
