    We need verification that the client opened the email or if they even received it. Tired of having to contact theranest all the time to check this out. We do NOT use the client portal due to cost since we are a small office and it isn't fiscally feasible.

    We ABSOLUTELY HATE the new layout!! My therapists are complaining and it takes three times as long to get anything done!!! Please put the old layout back in place!!!! I am tired of the complaining and tired of all the changes!!!!!! Ridiculous AND you switch this stuff during the workday???? Give us a break!!!

    when you update the address in the client details, it should auto-populate in the billing and insurance info

    Right now, there is no way to track the paper/fax claims that we have to send. An option with "MAILED/FAXED" would be great!
