Write-off report should have the option to be by Appointment Staff not just Rendering Provider - this way any supervised therapists' insurance write-offs will show up when pulling their Write-off Report. Right now only supervised therapists' self-pay client write-offs show up and a separate report for their supervisor has to be pulled and manually separated

Absolutely! For individual clients, not just in the Activities log - sorting through thousands of activities to find when one of our 350+ clients was last sent a statement is not feasible.

Deactivated staff's names should still show up on clients' accounts, invoices, reports, etc. Deactivating staff should not delete their name from anything or prevent their name from being included in reports (ex. write-off report, payroll report). A provider may leave a practice but still have billing coming in or we may need to pull reports from previous months and without the deactivated provider being included, the reports won't be accurate and match our bank records.

When applying refunds processed via check, do not delete the payment. We need to be able to keep a record that shows who, when, and how clients were refunded for tax and accounting purposes. There could be a Refund function like write-offs that could then be tracked in reporting.

We need a way to easily (and accurately) apply/mark/track refunds for non-credit card payments. Creating a service type for 'refund' isn't helpful because it then shows up in payroll as a payment for the provider instead of a refund. There should be a simple button or option to refund a full or partial cash or check payment with somewhere to note when the refund was processed and how (for example if it's a check written by the office, somewhere to write a refund check number)
