    If I send a client the link to login to the portal, it allows them to also sign up and create an account which causes duplicate accounts in our system. Don't allow account creation through the login link, allow account creation through the new invitation link.

    When applying a payment to an invoice and using a client's credit card, if the client has multiple credit cards on file show me which card was charged last so I know which one to use.

    As a supervisee whose progress notes get sent to a supervisor, once my supervisor has signed them allow me a quick way to view all the notes that need my co-signature and let me apply my co-signature to multiple notes at once.

    When using the client search field, allow me to search using the client's preferred name and last name. Right now I can only search by the preferred name without their last name but I want to narrow down my results more.

    Instead of picking the number of sessions, allow me to set the reauthorization reminder for a certain date.

    Allow me to run a report that shows all my income from client and insurance payments minus any credit card fees so that I can reconcile with my deposits.

    When viewing the list of archived clients, allow me to see which clients still have open cases. We have to leave a case open for a certain amount of time before we can close it, even if the client is already archived and it would be helpful if I could quickly scan the list and see which clients still had open cases.

    If a client has a scheduled appointment and I change the appointment (e.g., the appointment time), don't send the client an email notifying them that's the appointment has been rescheduled.

    If I create a client, add someone to their contact network, and give the contact portal access, don't automatically send the default intake forms to the portal. Instead, allow me to select which forms are sent.

    When I'm completing an initial assessment, allow me to include clinical assessments or the scores from clinical assessments (e.g., CBCL, GAD-7, etc.) into my document.

    If I've set a certain time to be unavailable (e.g. Monday mornings), have a visual representation of that on the calendar (not just Staff view) so I can see at a glance what times I have open and what times I'm unavailable.

    I can archive a group in TheraNest, but it doesn't have the same functionality as archiving a client since I can't unarchive a group. Use a different term than "archive" for groups since it doesn't mimic other archiving functions in TheraNest.

    Allow me to take personal clinical notes in TheraNest for a client that aren't tied to a date of service or the client's medical record. Sometimes I want to notate patterns or treatment ideas for the next session.
