Psychotherapy notes are separate from the client record and are private and not released to the client. I am told that Simple Practice and Therapy Notes both have places in the EHR to add psychotherapy notes, but Theranest does not.

I would like an option to add an additional details section for session notes that is private such as what is offered on Simple Practice.

Allow me to take personal clinical notes in TheraNest for a client that aren't tied to a date of service or the client's medical record. Sometimes I want to notate patterns or treatment ideas for the next session.

I am seeking a place within the client's chart to document my personal psychotherapy notes (that do not go in the medical record) to help me keep track of patterns and treatment ideas I would like to jot down for next session. I see there was another person seeking this same function and I can see the response guiding me to look in the "View Knowledge Base" section. However, I've searched multiple words (Psychotherapy notes, therapist notes, non medical record notes) and cannot seem to find information on this feature. Any help is greatly appreciated:)
