I would like the ability to hide archived tabs and/or any other form tabs from notes and client details sections. I have created many custom forms and this area becomes cluttered. To delete the form means I need to go into all the records where I have used the form with a client and save a print or pdf of that form before I can delete. Archiving the form is great, but it leaves the form as an italicized tab on the notes or client details section. I would like to be able to hide the tab or the option to add tabs rather than they automatically show up in the section. If I am working on or designing a form I don't necessarily want it showing up to be used yet... Thank you for your consideration.

With telehealth becoming so largely a part of our work with clients, we need the client to have the ability to review and sign treatment plans remotely

Even more important feature with the addition of telehealth. Clients need to be able to review and sign documents remotely and securely. This is so critical right now during this pandemic crisis and a timely response and addition of this feature is required.

I agree, I think it is important that we are able to distinguish between general and clinical documents that are shared with clients and that are then signed and submitted to the chart via this process. It is not efficient to have to save to computer and then upload again to the clinical side. In this new age of more telehealth, it is critical that theranest develop means for efficient sharing of forms and a more efficient means of REVIEW AND SIGNING OF TREATMENT PLANS (not yelling here just want that to stand out in this comment). I have had to try to develop work around forms that I can send to the client via the portal that they can sign (since currently this seems to be the only means that theranest has to allow clients to sign documents via telehealth) indicating that they have reviewed and signed their treatment plan. I also document this in the progress note for that session. However it would be more efficient to share screen and have them sign or send via the portal. A work around of downloading the document to a computer, uploading to an email attachment, sending email to client (via theranest) is not efficient and leaves documents downloaded outside of the EHR on other devices to achieve this goal (potential security risks that are not necessary).

I agree with the many ways people are identifying they would like to be able to color code. I would also like to be able to color code appointments that are treatment plan reviews as a visual reminder to do that during that session. I found that I can create a service code that I can modify background and text color which will help for now, but a lot of work to create service codes for each type of appointment. Plus colors don't show on agenda. I would need the colors to show in both calendar and agenda.

It becomes too much to have tx plan goals and objective pull the entire tx plan into the progress note. It would be better to be able to choose the tx plan goal and objective that is being worked on in that particular session rather than having all goals and objective pulled. Especially as tx plans are updated and hx of tx plan is also reflected in the progress note. This is unnecessary to show the hx part here. Tx plans can be reviewed on their own to show hx rather than it being a part of every note. If I ever need to print a record for a client, it will be a ton of printing due to the entire tx plan history being part of each progress note. SHORT TERM FIX would be to only pull current tx plan. LONG TERM SUGGESTION/FIX would be to allow the therapist to choose the goal(s)/objective(s) that is/are being worked on in that session from the treatment plan.

I use worksheets and take hand written notes that I would like to be able to attach to the progress note for that session.
