    It would be helpful if one of the ways to organize clients in the clients list was by who has or has not created their client portal yet. Like if someone has a pending invitation. Even better would be if we could sort by who has pending paperwork!

    yes! i echo all of these concerns! We told clients they could access it themselves and now have to go back and communicate differently. this was a big miss on theranest's part
