Make it so when I share my screen my clients can hear the audio of the shared video.

Adding the ability to share audio and video in addition to the current screen share ability would be advantageous for telehealth sessions. Many clinicians, including myself, have used this function in other platforms to augment psychoeducation, coping techniques, processing etc. Having these added capabilities would increase clinicians and organizations desire to pay for and utilize this resource provided by Theranest.

my providers frequently use screen share while in sessions with their pts. it would be amazing to have the sound enabled during this time in session. that way the provider and the pt can communicate while screen sharing is taking place. currently the platform removes the sound in the session and only chat is available. sound would be amazing for communication

I would like to be able to share my youtube video thru screen share and have the client also hear the audio as well as video. Thank you.

I agree that sharing videos complete with their audio during telehealth would enhance treatment outcomes. We utilize videos to augment psychoeducation, self-regulation and coping strategies, and so many more treatment issues, and it is a disservice to our telehealth clients that we are not able to do so with them.

Please bring back the ability for audio to be shared during telehealth sessions. All other platforms allow this feature, so the feedback I have gotten previously about it being a copyright issues does not add up. The ability to join with young clients is significantly limited by not be able to share sound when doing an activity.

Be able to share sound when you share screen in Telehealth (like you can with Zoom). I can share my screen to show videos but the client can't hear it.

When on telehealth, I sometimes need to share video and/or sound with clients. I can share video but unable to share sound. I would like to suggest for future updates in TheraNest that this feature be added.

I have the same request. I also have clients who desire to share audio with me.

With my practice being 100% virtual, I think it is important to be able to have sound available when sharing my screen with clients. I use audio and videos to teach grounding techniques to educating clients about their symptoms and playing games with my younger clients.

The ability to share video with audio was enjoyed in the past. Now that it is not possible, it makes it hard to fully serve younger clients virtually. Please bring it back. I do not why it was removed in the first case.

This would be a great benefit with sharing skills with clients. I use many programs with clients that I currently can't share because there is no sound.

The new update took away the ability to share the system audio along with a shared screen. I use many programs with video accompaniment with my clients (YouTube Clips...video based programs etc.) The new update does not allow audio to be shared.

I would appreciate having sound shared for my client since I frequently would like to show youtube videos to demonstrate a concept discussed in therapy. Also, I have a paid subscription to remotEMDR and I would like to be able to have the client benefit from the audio feature. Thank you.

This is an essential feature with screen share especially when working with kids and teens via telehealth. The fact that telehealth does not provide this, leads me to need to use Zoom which I don't feel comfortable doing because it isn't hipaa compliant.

When I screen share with a client a video or page with audio, they get the visual but no audio. Working with young clients via telehealth it is essential to share resources that include sound. I know that many other teletherapy platforms have this embedded...is this an option??
