I agree that sharing videos complete with their audio during telehealth would enhance treatment outcomes. We utilize videos to augment psychoeducation, self-regulation and coping strategies, and so many more treatment issues, and it is a disservice to our telehealth clients that we are not able to do so with them.

Yes, please! We need to have a contact log in every client's file that is NOT associated with an open case. In addition to allowing admin staff access to a contact log, it would also be helpful when contact is made (by a client, insurance, referral source, request for records) after a case has been closed. Please make this a priority update!

The ability to update only an expiration date on a credit card seems like such a basic function, I don't understand why it is not already in place. It would be extremely useful and time-saving.

It would be helpful if we could close a group case for an individual client who as been removed from the group. Currently, when a group case is closed, it is closed for all clients who have been listed in that group. It does not seem right to have an open group case in a client's file after that client has been removed from an active group.
