There needs to be a Telehealth Copay section when entering the Insurance(s). A lot of insurance companies have a different copay for telehealth. This copay should be linked automatically to the appointment when Telehealth is chosen. This amount should also show on the calendar when telehealth is chosen just like it does for the office copay. Telehealth has been around for a while and it is not going anywhere, anytime soon.

It would be great if there was a way for us to tag a clients profile stating called client on -/--/---- for appointment on -/--/---- at _:_pm. That could be seen on the all clients list. This would make overlapping in calling clients to fill an open spot minimal.

Yes, I have been going back and forth with support on this. We get auths that overlap in dates and then I can not add the new auth because the services are grayed out. The current solution is to change the expiration date on on auth or the start date on another. This casuses the auths to be incorrect and then the appointment tracking is off. It is a huge pain.

It would be great if we could see the clients Insurance company name on the calendar as well as the agenda view.

This feature would be a huge benefit. Other programs I have worked with have this feature. When you open up the agenda, you can see the Insurance name as well as the Copay amount. They also allow you to hoover the copay amount in the Staff calendar to see the insurance name for the client.

It would be great if the note icon showed up only when the note has been singed. This creates some confusion, when a note has been done, but not signed.
