Add ability to move or hide video preview box
The ability to move the self-video box to another area of the screen - currently this box pops up in the upper right hand corner of the screen, which is fine on a computer. But many of my clients who use a phone or tablet have let me know that the box which shows their face is actually cutting my face off from their view, and they aren't able to move it to a better location!

Our new telehealth solution better accommodates videos of multiple participants. Video boxes can also be hidden. Click here to view a video walkthrough of the new solution.

For many reasons, clients and/or therapists may wish to have the option to not look at their own video feed while on a call. I'm submitting this request after a client of mine noted in our first session since switching to Theranest's telehealth platform that she "hates looking at herself" and prefers to hide her self-view during our sessions.

For telehealth - that we would be able to move the provider window and make it bigger or smaller. As a clinician who does brainspotting I need to be able to see what I am doing so a larger window is needed. With an individual my window is quite small and off to the lower right. I prefer my window to be upper left and to make it larger - about 1/6 of the screen. It would be great to move the client window higher closer to the camera to to them it looks like you are looking in their eyes.

Yes please! Especially the ability to hide the self-video.

Allow clinician and client to move around where the videos are on the screen and allow individuals to hide their view of themselves if they wish.

Please add the ability to move the video box around so a provider can view other things on their desktop if needed during a session. It currently shows up in the right hand corner and there is no way to move it that we've seen.

I would there to be a way for clients to hide their own video feed from themselves without cutting off the video feed entirely. I do EMDR (an intensive trauma therapy) with clients, but a couple of them have expressed feeling distracted by seeing their faces/reactions during reprocessing. I wish there was a way for them to hide their video feed from themselves, while still allowing their video to stream and be visible to me.

Several clients have requested to minimize themselves during a virtual session because it is distracting..

I'm getting feedback from clients that they would love to be able to hide the view of themselves when in a telethealth appointment because they find it distracting. I would love this feature for myself, too! We humans like to look at ourselves too much. :)

Some of my clients do not want to see their own face at all. How can they remove it OR move it far from my face? Removing it would be great. Not everyone can relax while looking at their faces.

I find myself looking at myself in the screen and it would be nice if I could move the view of myself so I can see both my client and face or it looks like I am looking directly at the client when also looking at myself.
