Don't Disconnect Telehealth Sessions when client receives call
When connected with a client for an online session I have found some issues. If the client is using their phone and not a computer (which happens a lot), if they receive a call during our session and decline it, the session closes out and we have to reconnect. Is there some way to make this more friendly so we don't get disconnected in the middle of a session? I would love this improvement as online sessions has increased with covid this year.

Translator service for Telehealth sessions
It would be great if there was a service that allowed us to request a translator when scheduling a Telehealth session if we're seeing a client who has a different primary language.

Don't open the telehealth session in a new tab
With the new telehealth solution opening in a new tab, you can use a split-screen view the session and take notes at the same time. Here's a help article with more information: https://theranest.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12081391410580-Take-Notes-During-a-Session

Allow clients to enter name when joining a telehealth session
Allow my clients to enter their own name when joining a telehealth session. We have some clients who are trying out new names and it may be different than the preferred name I have on file for them.

Hide participants names on video screen
When conducting a telehealth session, don't show the participant's name on their video feed. Only show it when I hover over their video box because it can be distracting with it always showing.

Allow me to always view the session timer when in a telehealth session so I don't have to keep opening and closing the participant panel to see it.

Option to set all appointments as telehealth automatically
I only conduct sessions via telehealth. Whenever an appointment is created in the system, have it set to telehealth automatically.

Disable client's ability to screen share
It would be helpful to have the ability as the clinician to turn off the client's ability to screen share during sessions. I work with younger children and they often try to 'highjack' the session by turning on the screen sharing on their end.

Verify correct telehealth session
When I click the link to launch a telehealth session, allow me to see the client name(s) that are going to be joining the session before I enter the waiting room. Sometimes I click the wrong link, so I need to verify I'm in the right session before it starts.

Set default speaker view before starting a telehealth session
Before starting a telehealth session, allow me to set how I want the videos displayed on my screen. I may want to hide my self-view or enlarge the client view.

Live transcript of Telehealth sessions
It would be nice to be able to add a toggle screen that can be used in parallel to the Telehealth session to provide live transcription of the conversation. This would make the Telehealth service easier to track when video becomes garbled and audio is still intact for Deaf and hard-of-hearing counselors.

Display current time when in full-screen during a telehealth session
It would be nice if the current time was displayed when I'm using the full-screen mode in a telehealth session so I know when it's time to start winding down my session.
