If a therapist has the permission set to only view their assigned clients, then only show clients that have been assigned to them in the Prospective Clients list.

Use client's home address as default location
I provide home-based services and would like to use the client's home address as the default appointment location, and then have that address sync with my calendar so I can easily get directions while I'm working away from my computer.

Bulk edit appointment location regardless of room
When using the Bulk Edit Appointments feature, you have to go room by room for the location. Allow me to ignore the room or select multiple rooms. We are changing office locations and I just need to move all the appointments from one location to another.

Don't add copay to non-CPT codes
If I add a non-CPT code to a client's invoice, the copay is applied and then I have to manually adjust it so the full amount goes to the client.

See more of the appointment if multiple staff displayed
If we have a lot of staff and want to see the calendar with multiple staff members, modify the view so the appointments don't look so stacked.

Keep grid header static in clients list
When viewing the list of clients, allow me to always view the grid column headers and scroll bar so I can see what information I'm viewing if I'm looking at a client in the middle of the list.

Sign all progress notes at once for the group
When I'm creating a progress note for a member of the group, allow me to "save and apply to all" as well as "e-sign all", so I don't have to sign each one individually.

BCC additional emails when sending appointment reminders
If a client has multiple email addresses on file, don't display all email addresses in the "To" field in the emailed appointment reminder. Sometimes we see children of divorced parents who have contentious relationships.

I want to see the last time I logged into my TheraNest account to make sure there hasn't been any unauthorized access.

View appointment notes on the invoice
When creating an invoice, allow me to see any appointment notes that were entered for the appointment. Our organization uses appointment notes to indicate billing information that the biller needs to know when invoicing/billing the appointment.
