Client initials for ALL notifications
When I have messaging alerts set to "use client initials," alerts that a client has paid still show the full name. Can this setting be applied to ALL notifications?

Show actual time on calendar with red line
Adding a line on the calendar would be helpful to display actual time. Many times as a receptionist I pull up different pages on Theranest and go back to the calendar taking a few seconds to search the page for the correct appointments scheduled at that time. A visual marker would be helpful. See attachment for an example.

Create a report that contains the names of the clients, Therapist and the date they were last archived.
Currently you can get a list of archived clients. It would be great if you could have a report that contained the archived clients and the last date they were archvied. This type of report would help with the apporpriate retention of records.

Access telehealth link from progress note
If the progress note I have created is linked to a telehealth appointment, allow me to access the telehealth link from within the progress note so that if I get disconnected I don't have to navigate away from the note I'm writing.

Alert staff when files are added to client Clinical Documents and Staff Documents
It would be helpful if staff could receive an alert whenever an administrator or another staff person adds a document to the client's clinical documents and when an administrator adds a document to the staff's document tab

If I allow double-booking on my calendar, send me an alert when I get double-booked or if appointments overlap so I can review my schedule.

Add access to client General & Clinical Documents
The Client Portal has the client intake forms submitted as a pdf file to the General Documents section of TN, but the app has no way to access the document storage portions of the EHR.
Ultimately, the app is of very little use unless you have a therapy session with an existing client and do not need to access any documents at any point of the session. (Which you have no way of knowing.) If I ever need to access any of that information, I need to open a browser window on my ipad and get it that way, so…

Reorder goals in the treatment plan
After I've entered goals in a client's treatment plan, allow me to reorder them so I don't have to delete them and re-enter them.

Disable "copy from last session" button for clinical documents
As an admin I want to prevent my providers from copying a clinical note/document from the last session because they should be writing unique notes every time.

Add print and download actions to the activity log
When a staff member prints or downloads anything from TheraNest, record that action in the Activity Log.

Remove unbillable diagnosis codes after period of time
If a diagnosis code is no longer billable and it's past the date to submit corrected claims, then remove the code from TheraNest so I don't accidentally select it.

When printing a client's statement, show any refunds that were applied.

Provide more plan information when running eligibility checks
When running eligibility checks, the returned information should provide more information about the client's plan such as the deductible amount, copay, etc.

Filter by one or more appointment statuses under batch invoicing
Allow me to show/hide invoices that are linked to no-shows, rescheduled, and canceled appointments when using the batch invoicing feature. I may want to hide them all or only hide cancellations.
