Show refunds on statements
When printing a client's statement, show any refunds that were applied.

There should be an option to send a statement summarizing all charges and refunds on an account. Currently, statements do not show refunds to an account, just shows the final balance. Statements need more transparency.

I would like an option to show refunds to a client on a ledger, rather than deleting the credit or refund.
