  1. Add appointment icon to show note has been signed

    Change the icon on the appointment block if the note has been signed so I can quickly see which ones aren't completed.

  4. Display clients as Last Name, First Name in client list

    When viewing the client list, have the clients be listed as (Last Name), (First Name) rather than (First Name) (Last Name) so when I'm sorting by last name it's easier to find the client I'm looking for.

  5. Set when I receive reauthorization reminders

    If I choose an authorization end date, allow me to set how far out I receive the reauthorization reminder. Currently, if I set the authorization end date, I will receive a notification or email 7, 30, and 60 days out from the Authorization expiration, but I may want to receive a notification two weeks out, three months out, etc.

  6. Don't display fields I haven't filled in on initial assessment

    On the initial assessment, there are certain fields that have a drop-down selection before a text box (i.e., Is Client Appropriate For Agency Services?, Special Needs Of Client, Contract/Safety Plan, Cultural Variables?, and Educational Or Vocational Problems Or Needs). If I choose not to fill these out, then don't include them on the printed document because it looks unprofessional to have a heading for a field that isn't filled out.

  12. Confirm appointment change when dragging and dropping

    Once an appointment is created on the calendar if I click and drag it to a new date/time make me confirm the change before saving the appointment. Sometimes I move appointments accidentally and this sends an email to the client. Then I don't remember the original time of the appointment to move it back.

  13. Don't allow me to invoice upcoming appointments

    Don't allow me to invoice upcoming appointments as this can lead to incorrect charges if the invoice is created and the client doesn't keep the appointment.

  18. Add a paid column to the detailed attendance report

    I would love to have a Paid colum added to the Detailed attendence report. I use this report for payroll. And with all the different cotnracted rates I would be able to see correctly what we made per week/month.

  19. Keep test client in TheraNest

    Have the test client from my TheraNest trial remain active in my account so if I need to see how something works or see what something looks like on the portal I can use the test client.

  20. prevent phone calls from interrupting video session

    It would be most helpful if phone calls did not disturb the audio or video on telehealth sessions. Using the do not disturb call feature is not a solution as many people only have one phone and phone access is needed in case of an emergency.
