ledger view - payment history
new updates are very time consuming to keep flipping between the tabs when you are trying to determine where the latest insurance payment was credited. Please at the least put the payment dates back on the fully paid invoice tab

Export client records
Allow me to print or download a client's entire record, or records for multiple clients.

Add the ability to update progress of goals for treatment plans.
When you create a treatment plan, you can select the progress of each objective which would be "in progress" at initiation. Once it is approved, you are no longer able to add or amend any information. I work with clients who often meet goals and move on to different goals each year. I would like to show that the old goals and objectives were met in a treatment plan when I am moving on to develop a new treatment plan with a new goal once the previous goal has been met.

Allow me to include all the required information for insurance reimbursement on the client's payment receipt because it's quicker than generating a superbill.

View deactivated staff name under assigned staff in client list
We would like the ability to see who the client saw, even when the staff has been deactivated. For example: if a client decides to return, we can't tell from the archived client list which staff previously saw the client.

Add special characters to secure messages
I would like to be able to add special characters. We have a multilingual clientele and we sometimes send them the portal in portuguese/spanish and we need to use special characters but the portal does not allow it.

Set inactivity logout per user
As an admin, allow me to set the amount of time a user is logged out due to inactivity. The amount of time needs to be less for front office staff, but it can be more for people who work in the back office.
