    Increase the default date range to more than 3 months when searching for claims in a claim tab.

    It would be great if the Billing Notes box on the Bill To and Insurance info tab and the client's ledger would be as large as the text within it - instead of having to drag the box to make it large enough to see the contents

  5. Reminders/alerts for important life/therapy events

    Allow me to create alerts/reminders for a client's anniversaries (death of a loved one, sobriety date, etc.) or therapy milestones ( 3 months of treatments, 24 months, etc.).

    If I have double-booking disabled for my calendar, allow me to override that setting when creating an appointment. I may want to make an exception for certain appointments.

  11. Always view full day appointments in staff view

    When I schedule a full-day appointment and have the calendar in Staff view, allow me to always see the appointment even if I scroll down to later on the calendar so I don't try and schedule something.

    After I write a secure message, allow me to set a time for when it should be sent to the client. I may want to write a message today, but not have it sent until tomorrow and I don't want to forget.

  17. Save draft of treatment plan before adding goals

    If I fill out a client's treatment plan and then click to add a goal, none of that information is saved. Since the goal button is right in the document I often forget to click the "save" button. The draft should save automatically when moving to another area of the treatment plan.

  18. Include Group Notes to Supervisory review

    Supervisors to receive notifications to review and co-sign the group notes under the "Group Note and Attendance" tab in the same way the individual progress notes in the "Progress Notes" tab do.

  19. View primary payer on appointment block

    Allow me to view the client's primary payer on the appointment block or have a separate box appear with this information when hovering over the appointment so I don't have to leave the calendar to view this information.

  20. Make gender identity a free-text field

    When we enter the client's gender identity or when a client enters their gender identity on the client portal, make it a free-text field instead of a drop-down field.
