  1. Initial Assessment signature report

    Create an initial assessment report similar to the Progress Notes signature report that will provide a snapshot of what assessments have/have not been signed.

  2. Skip clients who were not in attendance when using "Apply Note to all Group Members" feature

    When using the "Apply Note to all Group Members Feature", have it skip clients who were marked as a no-show or cancelled.

  3. Customize order that service types are displayed

    I think it would be great if you could order service types however fit best for your practice. For me I would like to have the Free Phone Consultation at the top. To go a step furhter I would LOVE it if there could be a seperate log in for client scheduling a free phone consult then for current clients. This way potential clients are not able to schedule a intake appointment without appropriate screening.

  4. Permission to allow staff member to remove their own signatures from signed notes

    Have a permission setting to allow a staff member to remove their signature from signed progress notes. Sometimes they need to make edits to correct typos, etc. and right now they have to reach out to an admin, which is a hassle when fixing small mistakes.

  5. Add ability to invoice half and quarter unit increments

    For service codes we really need to have unit increments starting at .25. We could then then chose "bill .5 units" each time this service is performed.

    We need this for .5u .25u .75u 1u all the way to 2u's. I hope this happens soon! Thank you!!

  6. Modify multi-staff appointments for all members

    After creating a multi-staff appointment or event, a block gets created on every member's calendar. If I want to delete the event, I have to delete each one individually, but I may want to edit, or delete the event for all group members.

  7. Have the DBA be client-facing

    With the new DBA field, make the name entered in that field the one that clients see because that's what they know my business as.

  8. Archive clients on prospective clients list

    Allow me to archive clients that are on the prospective client's list so I don't have to activate them just to archive them. I don't want to delete them because I want to keep a record of these clients.

  9. Assign supervisor per case

    Allow me to assign a supervisor at the case level instead of the therapist level. A supervisor may not supervise all cases for the same client.

  10. Consolidate archived client & case forms

    We create and archive a lot of dynamic forms for clients as client forms or case forms. Each form is displayed as a separate tab when viewing the client's details or case, and given how many we have it's hard to distinguish between the archived ones and active ones.

  12. Don't show progress notes for canceled & no-showed appointments

    When a client cancels an appointment or is a no-show, remove the action to create a progress note.

  14. Change appointment time and service types in progress notes

    There are times that I will have to go over the scheduled timeframe and need to bill a different code. I'd like to change this on the progress note and have it reflected back on the appointment, so our records are accurate.

  15. Email Google Calendar invite to clients when scheduling appointments

    Clients have asked for an email invitation, or a calendar invitation similar to what iCal or Google Calendar can do. If TheraNest had a email invitation link that would sync with clients' iCal or Google Calendar (those seem to be primary) then we as practitioners could stay linked with what we already use while offer clients a way to see those appointments on the software they like.

  16. Create report that shows credit card expirations

    It would be really helpful to have a report that can be pulled showing cards that are expired or reaching expiration date so we know to contact the patient for new CC and can remove the old one.

  17. Indicate signed/unsigned custom form

    I use custom forms as my routine documentation template, I would like to be able to quickly see which custom forms remain unsigned.

  18. Send payments to multiple bank accounts

    Ability to have more than one bank account that will receive the payment when accepting credit payments. This can be based on user log in.

    This is useful when operating under an umbrella company but individual providers are sole proprietorship with their own business accounts.

  19. View all missing progress notes

    When running the Missing Progress Notes report, allow me to easily view all progress notes that are missing. Right now I have to rely on a date range and I may be missing some if I don't go back far enough.

  20. Track client's deductible
