Select email address when sending superbill
If I see a patient (child) but send their superbill via email to another person (parent), I would like to have email addresses for both in my database. When I go to email superbill, it would help if I could pick which email address from a drop-down menu to send to.

Automatically copy address from client to insured
It would be helpful and time saving if I could poke a button to copy the address info that was entered for the client to the insured's info - perfect for when client is spouse or child of insured!

Add column for staff to Payments and Payment Methods report
I run a clinic with several staff members. Would it be possible to implement a feature in the Reports section that breaks down payments and payment methods, not only by client, but by staff member as well? Alternatively, it would help to implement payment methods into the "Daily Billing" report section by staff member. It's very difficult to manage as the system is currently is set up. Thanks!

Specify who gets notified of completed intake forms
Allow me to specify who gets notified when a client completes an intake form. As an admin, I want to be notified when any client completes a form without having to be assigned to every client. We also have intake coordinators who need to be notified as well.

View EOBs in TheraNest with Apex
It would be great to view the EOB in TheraNest not just the ERA adjustments. You can view these through any clearinghouse, however since Apex is integrated in TN we cannot view the actual EOB. It is easier for some to see the EOB in a pdf rather than looking at the adjustments on the invoice.

Add a placeholder in reminders for LOCATION NAME instead of just the address.

Add the ability to designate a color label to be associated with a room or location and have it display in the Calendar.

Have a missing progress notes button in each client folder so that you don't have to go back to the entire list of clients each time and sort etc.

Automatic generation of tasks
Allow me to set up a rule so that certain tasks are automatically generated in my task list. For example, when I add a new client I want tasks generated for inviting them to the portal, scheduling an appointment, etc.

One-time payment link for entire balance
It has been mentioned before but for some reason I can't add my vote to support it. PLEASE make it possible to send a 1-time payment link to a 3rd party for the total client balance due. Having to send a separate link for each invoice is a pain for both our end and the payer's end. It's also confusing for them! Thanks.

Edit treatment plans after they've been signed
Treatment plans should be editable once signed. For example, once a treatment plan is signed and I noticed an error I cannot go back in edit the document. Instead I have to create an entirely new treatment plan which is time consuming and unwarranted.

Change service type selection when scheduling appointment via client portal
When a client schedules an appointment through the client portal, they have to select a service type. Most of our clients don't understand what the service types mean. Also, there could be a lot of service types to choose from since this is set at the therapist level. Change how this works in the client portal to make it easier for our clients to schedule appointments.
