Display the day of the week in client Appointment History
It would be really helpful to see what day of the week a client has appointments in the "Appointments" page of their client account. Instead I have to go back and forth to the calendar to verify what days of the week they come in.

Payroll reports by billed sessions (not by payout)
We pay our clinicians weekly based upon designated percentages of each insurer's contracted rate for each session kept. This means that we are routinely paying out wages for sessions that have not yet been paid by the insurance company. The current payroll report does us no good because it only reports based upon moneys that have been paid. Nevertheless, we can observed that the system would be highly functional for our payroll process if this one issue could be addressed. The organization of the report is excellent! We would be so grateful if we could run that caliber of payroll…

Therapy resource library
Allow organizations to upload documents to a resource library that may contain therapeutic exercises, worksheets or articles for use by all the therapists in an agency for their clients. It would be great if we could also be able to download and print them and send to clients through the client portal.

Copy client's information to different client
Allow me to quickly copy a client's address or insurance to another client. Sometimes we have family members with the same address and insurance and it would be easier to copy the information than retype it.

Bring back "no end date" option when creating recurring appointments.
The option to have no end date for recurring appointments was recently removed. This was a very helpful feature and I would really like to have it back. Just because some users did not like the feature, does not mean the option should be removed for everyone. They have the choice to click the other options. This option was very helpful for setting up clients on a regular schedule.

Add preferred name field for staff
Allow me to enter a preferred name for staff. Sometimes our therapists use nicknames or other names and that's what the client knows, so it would be nice if appointment reminders reflected this.
