Line up designated therapist colors in the calender
Our office has 11 therapists and scheduling staff need to see all therapist's schedules at once to schedule accordingly for room and location availability. It would be extremely helpful if each color assigned to each therapist would automatically line up on the full calendar view. It is hard to distinguish who is available and when because the colors are all over the place for each day.

Display scheduling conflict when creating appointment
When I'm creating an appointment on the calendar and it tells me there's a conflict for that date & time, show me what the conflict is so I can easily remedy it.

Apply client signature before finalizing the note
Allow me to apply the client's signature before finalizing the note so they can sign it at the end of the session, but I can go back and finish the note later.

Client portal sorting
Have an option to change the sorting in the client portal by last name or first name. It's confusing that the client list is only by last name and the portal is only by first name.

Digitally redact records and save them as a PDF
Having digital case notes which can have a redacted version in TheraNest increases HIPAA compliance, and saves a ton of time for providers, especially if there is a way to allow supervisors to approve redactions (for interns) before compiling a redacted PDF. Please create an option to generate a redactable version of a client's case notes which can be edited digitally, reviewed by a supervisor, and compiled into a PDF.
Bonus features would include:
1. Being able to track who redacted what information
2. Supervisors having the option of clearing all redactions or adding notes.

Add address field when adding household members to a client
When working in a client's details and adding household members, allow me to also notate their address. Sometimes a client has divorced parents so their address may not be the same as the client's address.

Remove non-scheduling staff from calendar
We have staff members who only perform office tasks and will never have an appointment scheduled with them. Allow me to remove them from the Staff filter in the calendar so the filter is easier to use.
