Add school information to client details
Allow me to add more information about a client's school information in their client details.

It would be great to have a School Tab in Client Details where we can put:
- School Name
- District
- Address
- Main Phone
- Check box for "Release Signed"
- Fields to enter the following names and phone for: Director of Student Services, Principal, Current Teacher, School Social Worker, School Psychologist, School Speech Therapist, School Counselor
- Field for additional comments.
