  1. Display count of total number of appointments for the day

    When I'm viewing the calendar, display a count of how many appointments we have scheduled for the day.

  2. Indicate if intake forms are missing

    Indicate somewhere on the appointment or notify me if a client has or hasn't returned their intake forms so I know who to follow up with before their appointment.

  3. Telehealth link for Couples Psychotherapy

    Can you please update that individual telehealth subscription to include sending ONE telehealth LINK to a couple/family who have a shared appointment but will be in the same location?

    There is no need to upgrade to the group subscription since only one user client link is needed. However, the scheduling/calendar wont allow me to make a telehealth group appointment for couples without the subscription upgrade. It is recommended by TheraNest documentation in couple psychotherapy session is added into the electronic medical record as a "group appointment" to link the progress notes/treatment plans.

  4. Create one reusable link for Telehealth appointments

    Have TheraNest create one telehealth link that can be reused for a client so I don't have to email them a unique link each time. If there was one link the client could just save it and not have to worry about logging into the portal.

  5. Send notice to client for cancellation or no-show

    If a client no-shows or cancels outside of our cancellation window, allow me to send them a notice reminding them of our cancellation policy.

  6. Don't send appointment reminders for selected appointments

    When I create an appointment in TheraNest, allow me to indicate if the client(s) should receive an appointment reminder for this specific appointment.

  7. Save different calendar views

    Allow me to apply filters to my calendar and save it as a calendar view so I can easily switch back and forth between different views on my calendar. For example, I may want to create a view for each location or for certain therapists at each location.

  8. Separate calendar preference for showing client initials in calendar and alerts

    Under Calendar Preferences, separate the preference for "Show only client initials in Calendar and staff email alerts" so that I can display the client's full name on the calendar, but only show their initials in email alerts.

    We’re continuing to make accessibility improvements throughout TheraNest! When using a screen reader and adding or editing an appointment, the repeat event options will not be read if that option is disabled. Stay up to date with all the changes in TheraNest by checking out our changelog.

  11. blocked time a different color on calendar

    It would be really nice to have the ability to have the background color of blocked time (or non-client appointments) a different color. What I'd love is to be able to glance at the calendar and see the shape of my day (such as being able to pick light gray for the whole area of blocked time, so that sessions pop out visually and I can see where my time will be spent at a glance). Thank you!

  14. Edit this and all future appointments when editing a series

    When an appointment that's part of a series, allow me to edit the occurrence and all future events because I want to keep the past appointments as they are.

  15. Double booking override

    If I have double-booking disabled for my calendar, allow me to override that setting when creating an appointment. I may want to make an exception for certain appointments.

  16. Always view full day appointments in staff view

    When I schedule a full-day appointment and have the calendar in Staff view, allow me to always see the appointment even if I scroll down to later on the calendar so I don't try and schedule something.

  17. View primary payer on appointment block

    Allow me to view the client's primary payer on the appointment block or have a separate box appear with this information when hovering over the appointment so I don't have to leave the calendar to view this information.

  18. Display claim status for billed services on Agenda

    On the Agenda, allow me to view if a claim was created for that service and the status of the claim.

  19. Cancel all client appointments if family appointment

    If the appointment is associated with a family case, allow me to cancel the entire family appointment for everyone rather than having to update the status for each individual on the appointment.
