  1. Set calendar time zone

    Allow staff members to set their time zone preferences for their calendar. We have staff members that operate under a different time zone than the organization.

    Staff now have the ability to set a Default Time Zone from their Preferences. Setting this field makes the Calendar, Agenda, appointment lists for clients, and the Appointment Window all display session times according to the staff’s preferred time zone.

  2. Allow agenda specific to provider (customize)

    Allow providers to customize their dashboard view to be only their client information. This will allow them the ability to only change their patient's appointment status, and not any other clinician in the clinic.

  3. Display client detail notes on Agenda

    I need my front desk and scheduling staff to see notes and alerts related to a client when they check in, so that we do not miss important information about clients. We use the Notes field on the client details for such information so if it were displayed on the Agenda that would be helpful.

    We’ve release an exciting new feature. Now you can see the client profile notes field summarized in the main Agenda contact card. Simply click on the contact card icon next to your client’s name, and voila! You’ll have the note available without shuffling around between pages.

  4. Prompt me to change the service type when canceling an appointment

    When I change an appointment to canceled or no-show, prompt me to change the service type so I can remove the current service type and add the cancel/no-show fee service type.

  5. Update appointment status to late cancel for client cancelled within 24 hrs

    Auto update appointment status to "Late Cancel" if cancelled from the client portal within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

We have added the ability to configure an Organization Cancelation Policy which will update the appointment status, allow you to charge a Late Cancel fee and notify clients when canceling via the Client Portal within a specified timeframe. This functionality will be released to all customers in the coming months.

  6. Display cancel/reschedule indicators in Month view of calendar

    display a cancel and reschedule icon to all calendar settings, daily, weekly monthly etc...

    We’re excited to let you know that this feature request has been completed! Appointment status labels now display whether an appointment has been cancelled, rescheduled, had a no show or a late cancel in the Month view of the calendar.

  7. Change appointment from telehealth to in-person

    Allow me to change an appointment from telehealth to in-person so that I don't have to delete the appointment and recreate it.

    Currently, email reminders include date and time. Please add DAY of week.

  11. Add option to "show all" in appointments history grid

    I want to quickly see all results in the appointments history, so that I do not have to scroll through multiple pages and lose context.

  12. Bring Back Ability To Save Default Calendar View

    Please bring back the ability to save my default calendar view to something other than Agenda. As someone who views multiple providers' schedules at a time, Agenda view is unusable to me. This feature seems to have been disabled with the new "update."

  13. Switch "save" and "delete" buttons in appointment dialog

    When creating or editing an appointment, switch the locations of the "save" and "delete" buttons so the "save" button is on the right.

  14. Bill Clients different fee percentages based on no show, late cancel, cancel status

    I'd like to be able to bill 100% of fee for no shows and late cancellations, but 0% of fee for cancellations within the cancellation window.

  15. Add an "Appointment Status” dropdown menu option in the event scheduling window in Calendar.

    It would be superbly convenient to add the option to change Appointment Status in the Calendar event scheduling window. That would allow for three convenient access points to make an appointment status change:
    (1.) From the Dashboard (now enabled)
    (2.) From Appointments (now enabled)
    (3.) From the Calendar event scheduling window (suggested here).

  16. Don't change calendar preferences for appointments scheduled outside of hours

    Don't change my calendar preferences if an appointment is scheduled outside of the hours that are set on my calendar.

    An appointment booked outside of your calendar preferences will no longer change your preferences to show the appointment on the calendar. All appointments will display in the Agenda view.

  17. allow "special availability"

    I have specific hours that I work and don't want my office manager to be able to schedule outside of these hours....BUT occasionally I have an appointment or day that I want to open up for a special occasion. It would be nice if I could do that without changing my overall preferences.

  19. My Appointments

    Make a button on the dashboard that says 'My Appointments' to be included with the 'Past Appointments, Today's Appointments, and Upcoming Appointments'. Have 'My Appointments' display only your appointments for the day instead of all clinicians.

  20. Show calendar color in staff filter

    When viewing the staff filter on the calendar, display the staff member's calendar color because we recognize the colors easier than the names.
