  1. Add link to a client's Appointment history from Clients list

    We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released a major redesign of the Client List page in TheraNest. This redesign includes an updated dynamic grid that includes a point of access to clients’ Appointment History. Use the new “Appointments” button in the Actions column to direct to this page.     We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update to the Client list with colored labels applied to the balance columns. In the Client, Insurance and Total Balance Due columns you’ll see red labels for balance due or green labels for no balance due/credit available.

  4. Add last appointment to archived clients list

    When viewing the list of archived clients, show me the date of their last appointment so I know when I can permanently delete their records from TheraNest.

  5. Allow all users to access and manage prospective clients list

    Allow me to enable the permission for managing the prospective clients list to all users. This permission is disabled for therapists who can only view clients assigned to them.

    All users can now manage the Prospective Clients list. If the staff member can only view their assigned clients, the permission Can access and manage prospective clients list is no longer disabled.

    I need to be able to filter archived patients by assigned therapist.

  7. Separate permission for adding active clients

    Make a separate permission for being able to add active/new clients because we don't want our students to be able to add clients.

    A new permission, Can create and import clients has been added to the Default Permissions which allows a staff member to import, create, archive, and unarchive clients. This is currently enabled by default for all staff members. 

  8. Display client's age in chart

    When viewing a client's chart, allow me to see the client's age below their date of birth in the left sidebar.

    The client’s age is now displayed in the left sidebar when viewing a client’s chart. Stay up to date on all the changes in TheraNest by checking out our changelog!

  9. archived search options

    It would be nice if we could search archived clients by the client's date of birth. Ideally it would be great if the archived search options were set up like the active search options, but adding the client's date of birth would at least help quite a bit.

  10. Intake forms to multiple parties

    We really need to be able to send intake forms and other paperwork to more than one party (parent) per client!

    With the implementation of the Client Contact Network, a parent can use one email address to view multiple portal accounts. If an intake form has been sent to the client’s portal, then members of the contact network will be able to access it without having to send it to each parent individually.   11. Add DOB to Bill to and Insurance tab of clients

    It would be helpful to quickly be able to reference patients DOB on the page with the insurance info, since when calling and checking with insurance they ask for the birthday.

    A text box on the Billing and Insurance page would be useful. There are times when I want to make a note related to that page but there is no space to enter it.

  15. Clarify "Card on File" Status in Client List

    The column on the grid that says "card on file" is not clear. Multiple clients have cards on file, but the card on file is only reflected as a yes if there has been a charge to the card.

  16. Add "Return to Contact Log" button to signed entries

    After I sign a contact note, I often want to return to the contact log page, but I have to return to the "Notes" section and then click on the tab for "Contact log" again. Please add a return to contact log button to make this an easier workflow.

    A new “Work Phone Number” field has been added to the Client Details page. When populated it will also be displayed on the printed version of the Client Details and is included in the client data export.

  18. Make legal gender field options only male and female

    When selecting the client's legal gender, only allow a Male and Female option since this is what populates on the claim form and those are the only option available on the claim form.

    The Legal Gender field in the application and Gender field on the client portal have been renamed to Sex and will now contain the following options: Undefined, Male, and Female. Since this field is used for claims, the options are limited to what is available on the claim form. Any options that were previously selected outside of the three listed will still be seen in TheraNest, but only those three options are available going forward.

  19. Add a column for next upcoming appointment on client list

    would it be possible for you to add a column to the screen that shows the list of clients? we need a column that shows the clients "Next appointment" or "None" if they do not have a scheduled next session please.......thanks, donna

    We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released a major redesign of the Client List page in TheraNest. This redesign includes an updated dynamic grid that includes a column for clients’ Next Appointment. This column is sortable and searchable allowing you to easily find clients based on this information. To find clients who have no upcoming appointments, simply search for “-” and any client who has no future appointment scheduled will be shown in the results.   20. Change religion drop down option for Mormon

    I am writing you today to urge a change in the Client Details --> Details --> Manage Demographic Info --> Religion drop down menu.

    There, the option is given of "Mormon", which I understand you mean in reference to those who identify as part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This is being used incorrectly.

    I urge you to please change that drop down menu option from "Mormon" to instead be listed as, "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints," which is line with the Church's new style guides here.
