Add "Return to Contact Log" button to signed entries
After I sign a contact note, I often want to return to the contact log page, but I have to return to the "Notes" section and then click on the tab for "Contact log" again. Please add a return to contact log button to make this an easier workflow.

The new Back to Contact Log button allows you to quickly return to the client’s contact log after previewing or signing a contact log entry.
