Integrate Quickbooks with Theranest (or other accounting software)
We need a way to let our CPA keep our numbers in check without compromising patient data. It would be nice to have everything in one place without having to enter everything in Theranest as well as enter it into Quickbooks a second time for book keeping purposes. If there was a way to have our billing data dump into Quickbooks so that our accountant could just access that de-identified data we would be so happy!!! Otherwise Theranest is awesome!

We have released a new “Export Transactions” feature in the Billing section of TheraNest, which lets you export all payments and refunds into a .CSV file. The file can then be imported into a number of third party accounting software products, like QuickBooks Online.

I am currently testing this, you have to import to Bank Transactions and map from there. For those of you who use any outside CC processing like Square etc I will know more tomorrow.

Great You have created the feature. However QO does not have any support yet for TheraNest and do you know where to import to Clients, Bank Data? etc ... you make the ability but left us a bit confused HOW to make this work. Last thing people need to do is spend time with double entries and having to deleite information

Under the billing Section, there is not "Export Transactions" menu option. Am I missing something?

Has Theranest answered the many questions on when or if this is going to happen?

Is there a timeline for this? We have just moved to Quickbooks Online and need a way to easily transfer information from Theranest to Quickbooks without having to double enter everything.

I definitely would like to have this option! I see this idea was presented a few years ago. I tried the export data, but it did not allow me to see billing/payment

Is there a plan to connect with Quickbooks? If so, when?

I would like to be able to upload all invoicing to quickbooks desktop or quickbooks online

This feature would be very beneficial to any practice. There are other applications that have this feature, however I think the details of connecting this to a type download table with all of the required fields that can be uploaded to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop would helpf to retain more customers, as other competitors are developing this type of feature.

Please integrate with Quickbooks online....the financial reporting is not very robust on theranest and integrating would really enhance my ability to manage multi clinician practices.

Any sort of update for the Quickbooks feature would be much appreciated. Even if it's not firm or specific, it would be helpful to know if it's still going to actually happen.

I hope when they move this to the planned stage that it also has the ability to do Wave accounting as well.

Integrate Quicken Business for those small practices that don't necessarily need the full blown QuickBooks version.

Any updates on this?

This needs to happen because small businesses are recommended QuickBooks to use. That's double duty for everyone to have to dump both places. PLEASE sync this.

When is this happening???

Even if integrating Theranest with other accounting software is a ways off , it would be helpful if there was some way to provide something, anything, printable for example, to give to my accountant year end that summarizes the financial information in a helpful way. i.e. Year end totals, broken down by month, of payments received, unpaid balances, etc.
