It would be helpful to be able to run a report that separates those who have a copay and a co-insurance to assist with identifying who may have a deductible that starts over again.

Upgrade individual telehealth package to allow 2 clients to join for session. We do not need a group account, but it is impossible to do couples' counseling or parent consultations when both clients cannot be in the same location. We are limited to what services we can offer with the current package.

We do need this, but we also prefer to be able to submit paperwork to parents separately. Also considering couples, we prefer they each get a log in to the portal and complete paperwork in private and that not all consents are able to be viewed by the other parent or partner.

Undefined should not be a legal sex option and insurance does not recognize this. Since this is what populates on the claim, this option needs to be removed and only allow clients to choose M or F.
