Yes we need this!!!!!

It is very confusing to see all of my old intake forms in the list when inviting someone to the portal in the intake process and when sending them an additional form. Please make it so that I can archive forms that I don't want to see as options. Thank you!

It would be great to add this to make it more overwhelming to look at when trying to add forms. Being in a group practice we have a lot of forms for different providers and the list gets long without being able to archive it.

There needs to be a way to archive or at least hide intake forms. These can often change.

I wish there was a way to hide old forms from the intake invite. Ours just looks messy and inconsistent because of all the different forms we've used that are now old and don't need to be sent/accessed.

Yes, I add a consent form for each prelicensed therapist that they are working under supervision and each time they get licensed (or complete their practicum) I no longer need that form anymore. That means every year I have about 3 to 4 forms that I would like to remove. Now, it's not that bad, but in 5 years, I will have 15 obsolete forms to weed through.

We need to be able to archive old intake forms. As we continue to use TheraNest, we will have a plethora of unused forms clogging up our intake form list. Our practice takes on externs each year; this is a temporary position, and all of their patients are required to sign an informed consent acknowledging that they are under supervision. Additionally, we hire associate therapists who need the same forms, but once they become licensed, we will no longer need these forms. Within a few years, we will have a laundry list of forms that are no longer applicable to our practice. TheraNest does not autofill information from forms to client portals, so I see no reason why a form would not be able to be delete after being used. Please allow us to delete forms from TN.

And if the form cannot be archived if there is a form filled out, give me a list of clients that that is the case, so that I can download the old form, so that I can delete it in the clients record, and therefore archive the old form. I would like to get rid of useless old tabs.

Since we cannot delete used intake forms, it would be helpful to hide old forms we are no longer utilizing from the client invite email list.
