    I agree with Emma Smith--I enter to bill travel time for a contracted service and the client gets very confused on their appointment time. I would like to be able to check a box saying 'don't send reminder to client"

    Making the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) a standard dynamic form like you have for the GAD and PHQ.
