Any updates on this?

I am 90% virtual and more than 75% of my clients are recurrent (either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) and it is easy to miss rescheduling clients so far out; and it's a HUGE time suck to have to manually enter in WEEKLY telehealth sessions for the same client when they occur on the sam day and time each week.

Any update on this feature? It is foundational to our work.

This has been our biggest problem. I manage a large practice and it is causing serious problems, loss of clients, and this may result in us moving platforms.

Please establish a way to set reoccurring telehealth appointments without having to click the button every single session!

I treat couples by telehealth where both members are at the same location. Theranest won't allow me to convert a recurring group appointment to telehealth. It should allow this

Telehealth clients should be able to be recurring. Not sure why this is not a feature and why enough people haven't complained about this since many people are doing virtual appointments. PLEASE FIX ASAP

This is very important - in managing a large clinic with lots of schedules it is easy to give away a client's ongoing session if the therapist falls behind on scheduling advance.

Allow me to schedule recurring GROUP telehealth appointments. I work with couples, polycules, and families and it is a time waster to need to delete and remake the appointments for them weekly!

I'm not sure why TheraNest doesn't have the capability of scheduling recurring telehealth appointments (especially given how many providers are using telehealth right now)--when will this feature be updated?

It is a hassle to have to individually add the telehealth link option for recurring telehealth clients, and is an easily forgotten step with recurring appointments.

This needs to be done asap. Many of us are 100% telehealth at this point--how can this not be a thing??

It seems as if I'm unable to set recurring scheduled appointments with a client that is telehealth only. I have to set it as a regular in person appointment to reserve the slot and then weekly manually change it to telehealth and send the link.

Our therapists would greatly appreciate this feature. They spend a great deal of time updating the appointments each week.

It would save a whole lot of time and bother if I didn't need to go through every week's appointments changing each to telehealth. SimplePractice was doing this at least since 2019.

This is so necessary for individual and family sessions. It is unnecessary labor for all clinicians to have to do this manually when it should be automated.

I completely agree. This needs to be a feature ASAP. My fellow clinicians and clients would greatly benefit.

This limitation is still causing problems as clinicians forget to convert each appointment to telehealth. As if the case for many organizations, we are 100% telehealth.
