Mental status drop-down list
When completing the Mental Status section of a progress note, bring back the drop-down lists that appeared under certain fields. It helped me ensure the text I was inputting was appropriate to the field.

When clicking into fields under the Mental Status or Risk Assessment sections of a progress note, the first 20 options will be displayed in a dropdown list. Check out our release notes for more information!

The dropdown suggestions in the Mental Status section of the Progress Notes template was the most time-saving function on the TheraNest platform, and now it is gone! Please, bring it back! Typing in the first few letters of the term is not sufficient, as the dropdown suggestions were a good way to find just the right terminology on a moment's notice without having to search my brain during a "tip of the tongue" moment.
Please, bring those dropdown suggestions back! -

Please bring back the drop down feature on the mental status section. As someone new to the field, this helped tremendously!

The mental status drop-down list was one of the best tools used on Thernanest. Having the ability to quickly choose from a list of options made note taking simple and easy not to mention I was able to choose options that I may not have considered before. Removing this feature is a huge mistake as it makes note writing more time consuming and less thorough. Please bring it back.

Please bring back the mental status auto-fill list in progress notes. This tool has been extremely useful in describing and identifying client mood, affect behavior. etc.

Please go back to having the drop down menus appear automatically in the risk assessment part of the progress report. Also, I have reached out several times about the placement of the help button. It is in a terrible spot -bottom right corner - i use an iPad as my 2nd screen and it partially covers up my video window which is extremely distracting. It also interferes with your ability to hit some buttons on a mobile device...like deleting a session on your calendar.

This was taken away recently to improve loading speed, but please bring this back and have the option to turn it off if so desired.

Please bring back the mental status drop down menu. It was one of the reasons for choosing TN and without it some of the convenience and swiftness in completing notes is gone.

Please bring back the drop down menu that automatically pops up. I have a number of interns and this was a very helpful way to teach/remind them of appropriate examples of how to fill each line.

I would also like to see this feature return! An alternative might be to create the "see all options" link for each field similar to what is available in the treatment plans (interventions list).

Bring back the drop down lists in the mental status areas!

I was shocked and dismayed to see that the fields under Mental Status no longer populate and give a list to pick from. Having to remember what words you start with is not acceptable. Please at least give customers an option before you make a change like this.

Please return the dropdown menu in each line of the 'Mental Status' feature in Progress Notes!
I am dismayed to no longer have a dropdown list related to Mental Status feature of the progress notes. The most helpful aspect in TN documentation was the dropdown menu for each line of the Mental Status prompting me with comprehensive options. I am used to TN prompting me with words from the extensive dropdown menu. I miss my dropdown menu and really am lost without the convenience of quick, easy and thorough documentation. This dropdown menu is why I love and use TN. Please return the 'Mental Status' dropdown menu ASAP! -

I strongly agree! This was one of the best features of Theranest! There is plenty of research supporting the idea that recognizing the desired word from a list takes less cognitive effort than having to recall the same word from memory; the drop-down lists therefore made it much faster and easier to write a note.

TN recently updated the notes section and it no longer populates choices. This is TERRIBLE!!!! It makes the process for the provider longer. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!! If you want to add features.....ask providers what they want and not what your bottom line tells you. A feature to message clients while on a video session would be very useful (as many of your competitors have this feature.) Signed...unhappy, paying provider. Thank you.

Please bring back the automatic full drop down list of the mental status sections in the client's notes. It is so much more difficult to remember each adjective for each category and was so easy with the drop down list. Thank you!

Turn the drop down boxes for notes and the mental health status back on. It has stopped dropping down for me and I need those drop downs to think of all the options for what can go in the spots!
