    I agree and would also like to see this added. I was at a conference for MHCA this past week and was told that the notes cannot just have start time and duration, but must have documented time out. I think a calculated time from the start time and duration would be the perfect way to comply.

    It would be nice to be able to create a custom form (such as a release of information) which could be edited with appropriate information and then have the client sign the form in real time providing consent. This would save on having to print consents, have the client sign the consent and then having to scan it into the record.
