Add last appointment to archived clients list
When viewing the list of archived clients, show me the date of their last appointment so I know when I can permanently delete their records from TheraNest.

The Last Kept Appointment can now be viewed for archived clients.

I keep a few things in paper files; I would love to be able to search on Theranest by date of last appointment so I know when I can shred those records (7 years). Thanks!

Especially to run a report showing the last time they were seen. When we have to delete client records after 6 years this report will allow us to search by last date seen and will make it easier to shred/delete records.

Under archived clients, you aren't able to see the last appointment date like you can with active clients. It would be helpful to see that in order to have a general idea of when we can delete a client file (after 7 years).
And/or
If there could be a place where we could enter the "destroy client file" date or something like that and then set a time to get notified when that date arrives.
