Re-commenting on this over 6 months later because, being able to search via the Rendering Provider would be SO helpful to our agency as we track claim payments/appeals outside of TheraNest. It would streamline posting payments and tracking information.

PLEASE add a way to sort ERAs by RENDERING provider, not just payer or billing provider. Please do not send me another message saying this has been completed. It is not included in the Grid options under the ERA tab in billing.

It would be helpful if in the ERA received section we would be able to customize the grid to show the rendering provider. When I'm wanting to work specifically on the claims/ledger for a specific provider there seems to be no way to search for ERAs for one specific rendering provider. You can choose to show the billing provider in other sections but for us it will always be billed under the facility name and NPI so that doesn't narrow it down to the rendering provider.

Add more options to customize the grid in the submitted claims tab under billing. lt would be helpful to be able to see servicing provider and other available options that may be on the claim.

Please add a filtering option to the ERA Received tabs (and other billing tabs) for filtering by the therapist name or "assigned staff".

This would make processing claims and payments way easier for our therapy staff so we don't have to look through hundreds of clients and our therapist only have to look through the clients that are their specific clients.

big one for quality control and ability to see who is on top of their submissions, etc. the group being listed is not useful unless you have multiple billing entities which i imagine is a rare occurrence. this would save me a ton of time!

On the "Claims Awaiting Submission" page, please add a field for "rendering provider." Right now, it just lists our group name, which isn't very helpful. Basically, some clinicians need a little more help than others and being able to quickly identify the rendering or treating provider would help us to do better quality control!
