    Allow a way to review when a clients statement/superbills have been generated and/or printed...and by whom.

    Allow a way to easily review each time a client has been sent a 'client portal message' with at least part of the subject 'August Reminder: Check Your Balance!'. We send this out on a monthly basis as a reminder for all clients to login their account to check for any balance due.

    Since there is no record within a clients profile of when a client portal message has been sent or statement has been generated/printed or by which staff member, this has been a tedious manual process for our staff. Especially when there are hundreds of just active clients.

    We feel it is something that needs to be recorded for best practices.

    This is true when a provider is getting credentialed initially or when they are switching from LPC to LPCC.

    Would it be possible for development team to add an option for where each company would like the returned pdf documents to be returned. This option could be under 'Action', 'Edit' and have either the General or Clinical docs be set as default so they at least come back somewhere.

    In addition, it would be beneficial to have each individual form sent through the client portal to also come back as an individual pdf document, not grouped all together (i.e. if I send 3 forms, I should get 3 pdf's returned, not 1).
    This would eliminate having to send multiple emails (and clients receive multiple emails) just so we can group the forms sent through the portal by how we want them grouped after they are completed.
    This would also be HIPAA/PHI compliant as there is no way of moving a document between the folders without first downloading to your computer or network.

    Please consider this request for the ability to schedule automatic payments. This will assist not only providers, but support staff and clients as well.

    In addition, is it possible for clients to set this up through their client portal?

    The ability to set scheduled and/or recurring payments for a set amount, automatically, would be very beneficial for our organization. There are some clients that have plans to pay off their higher balances and would be very nice if providers didn't have to do this manually with reminders on their calendars.

    This feature would definitely save a lot of time for not only our providers but for our admin staff as well. Please consider implementing this feature as an option.

    TheraNest - Could this be resolved when adding an 'Appointment Staff' column to the Payroll Report and only viewing access would be that appointment staff member?

    This would be a great feature for the way to do our payroll as well.

    In a therapists career path, just like anyone else, we all start somewhere. Therapists start as non-licensed, which they can submit claims to some insurance companies under their current supervisor. These claims are denied unless their supervisor is the Rendering Provider.

    When it comes to paying therapists with the Payroll Report (currently only identifying the Rendering Provider), it makes paying out non-licensed therapists a tediously manual and time consuming process.

    With this being said, I would like to bring this back to your attention as this is not only critical for our company but all other companies using TheraNest (your customers) that have non-licensed providers billing under their supervisor. I would like to request again that the 'Appointment Staff' (not assigned staff) be added to your current Payroll report. Thank you!

    Intake forms and consent forms should be stored separately due to compliance.

    If a company was to send two separate emails (intake forms & consent forms) could TheraNest make it so we can choose where we want the forms to be saved (general documents vs clinical documents)?

    I understand that we can manipulate the pdf by saving into separate parts but then each provider would have to do this by first saving it to their computer, which again is NOT compliant.
