Add ability to manually flag clients in our system and show flag throughout TheraNest.

As soon as someone logs in, to the clients chart it would be great to have a pop up alert for people to see the urgent notification, for example: "Clients account is in collections," OR "Client ineligible to return to this practice for 90 days effective 1/1/18, able to return 4/1/18," OR "Client is on an Administratively approved payment plan and is unable to have session without making a payment today." THANK YOU - it is SOOOOO needed.

I often have clients who create a profile online, but never move forward with filling out intake information or scheduling an appointment. It would be great to be able to "flag" a client (with color options for meanings of the practitioner's choice) on the client list so that we know which clients we need to check on / archive / contact / etc.

Have a block that is available to the provider to put notes in that do not copy when the chart is copied and is not part of the permanent record. This allows the provider to leave reminders to themselves without having to be concerned that this will show up in the permanent record. Helps with week to week visits of important issues. May act as a "tickler" of issues to discuss at appointment.

Another way this would be helpful to our practice (with many children, high-conflict divorce cases) is to post alerts or reminders about who has custody, whether there are restraining orders, etc.

pop ups to notify you when you open a patient account if you don't need to touch account, patient has balance, they made an arrangement or just info you need to know as far as the office with so many people working these accounts.

Create "account alerts" that pop up when a client chart is accessed, to communicate with staff regarding client issues and concerns. EXAMPLE: "Client cannot reschedule until payment is made in full."

I would like to see a place to make notes regarding the client or his/her account that is not specifically about therapy. A section for non-Therapists to record info like client contacts or billing related information.

A notes section added to not only demographics but also to Bill to insurance to help communicated between various staff positions. A clinician may want to tell her billing person not to bill for a patients visits until a certain date, or to waive a no show fee.
An admin may want to alert the clincian that insurance is about to expire or change, to remind them to remind the patient about an event or issue, or even to communicate between other clinicians.
A notes section in the insurance tab would also be helpful to add notes regarding calls to insurance or special benefits issues.

An alert that would come up on the box of the client on the Agenda page that would alert staff of important messages such as balance owed, credit on account, do not reschedule, etc.

Please make sure the notes are visible on the agenda, not just the calendar so information needed prior to the appt can easily be seen in one place

add an "alert pop up feature" so that when doing anything with a client file it pops up (i.e. reminder for therapist, or note to someone else scheduling, a to-do for the client, etc)

We used a custom form to create an "Alerts" tab where we store information on the client's account. This system has worked well for us, but we would LOVE to see some sort of notification on the Agenda that shows the client has a populated "Alerts" field so we know to check there for info.

have an alerts tab in client profile, that will alert therapist of any messages or notes added to that profile. Including any notes taken by a receptionist. I would suggest an alerts tab up by agenda, notifying them of any notes added to a clients profile, that is needing their attention.

Allow me to create an alert for a client that is easily viewable when viewing that client's details.
